Balancia Payment & Subscription Terms

1. Scope

These Payment & Subscription Terms apply to all purchases made through Balancia, including recurring subscriptions, free trials, introductory pricing, promotional offers, and one-time purchases.

2. Plans and Pricing

Balancia may offer monthly, quarterly, annual, or other subscription plans. The current price, billing period, benefits, and any applicable introductory terms will be presented in the app before you confirm purchase.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may vary by market, tax treatment, and platform rules.

3. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

If you subscribe through Apple’s App Store, your subscription will automatically renew unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the rate then in effect, unless otherwise disclosed by Apple or Balancia.

4. Free Trials and Promotional Offers

Balancia may offer free trials, introductory prices, or limited promotional access to eligible users. Unless stated otherwise, when a free trial or promotional period ends, your paid subscription will begin automatically and your payment method on file with Apple will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Eligibility for trials and promotions is determined by Balancia and/or the platform provider and may be limited to new users, certain regions, or a one-time use.

5. Billing and Payment Processing

For purchases made through Apple’s App Store, Apple is the merchant of record for payment processing. Billing, renewals, refund handling through Apple channels, and subscription management are administered through your Apple account subject to Apple’s terms.

6. Managing or Canceling a Subscription

You may manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings on your device or through the App Store. Deleting the app does not cancel an active subscription.

If you cancel, your subscription generally remains active until the end of the current paid period, and you will not receive a refund for the remaining portion unless required by law or granted by the platform.

7. Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable. For App Store purchases, refund requests are generally handled by Apple under Apple’s policies and procedures.

8. Price Changes

Balancia may change subscription prices, introductory offers, or plan structures from time to time to the extent permitted by law and platform rules. If required, notice will be provided in advance through the app, App Store mechanisms, email, or other reasonable means.

9. Taxes

Applicable taxes may be included in the displayed purchase price or added at checkout where required by law or platform configuration.

10. Failed Charges and Suspension

If a renewal charge fails or your subscription lapses, Balancia may suspend access to paid features until the purchase is successfully renewed or reactivated.

11. Changes to Paid Features

Balancia may add, remove, or modify premium features, class libraries, programs, or tools from time to time. Unless otherwise required by law, we do not guarantee that any specific class, trainer, course, audio track, or feature will remain available for any particular period.
